K V Developers (KVD), a Noida-based real estate developer, is set to launch a new mid-segment housing project in Tech Zone IV, Greater Noida (West). The project, KVD Wind Park, will be spread across approximately five acres.
The project, still in its planning stages, will offer two BHK, three BHK and three BHK-plus servant quarter units spread across seven 24-storied highrise towers.
Configurations:
- 2 BHK = 995 sq.ft
- 3 BHK = 1245 sq.ft
- 3 BHK + SQ = 1505 sq.ft
The two BHK units will come in a size of 995 sq ft, three BHK units in 1,245 sq ft and the three-plus-servant ones in 1,505 sq ft. The base price of the project is proposed to be Rs 3,300 per sq ft.
The company, which claims to have all approvals in advanced stages, plans to launch the project in September and claims to deliver it within three-and-a-half years, that is, by March 2017.
Each flat will have adequate sunlight and air circulation. We are also offering L-shaped balconies which is very unusual in other mid-segment housing projects.
Adjoining a 130m-wide road, the project is in close proximity to a proposed Metro line. Being 10 minutes from the DND Flyway and 25 minutes from Connaught Place, the project is well connected to Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad
